If you want to pop balloons and light matches, go with a infiniti 125 mw from techlasers. If you want to point at things far away you need a laser with a lower divergence, the executive series from wickedlasers.
for burning -> infiniti 125 mw (cheaper, divergence ~2mrad, good for burning because of the tiny beam diameter)
for pointing far away -> executive series - fusion 125 mw (divergence ~1mrad, not such a good burner but can pop balloons at higher distances)
I would say buy the infiniti 125 mw, and maybe the caps set, it will increase the burning power of your laser
