I am working on a small project. I wan't to be able to set fire works off with two way radios. My plan is to sodder copper wire too the wires that attach to the speaker so when I press the button to talk on the other radio it will send a current through the wire. There is a problem though, I tested to output voltage and it is only 3.0V when my target out put is 9.5V . I am not very good with this stuff so I need help in amplifying it. I was thinking of puting multiple transistors on the cord with a relay coil. I do not know how to attach a transistor or a relay. Please help.
