Can you actually burn things with them, Or How can you compare a Fusion to the 125?

Thanx

Well the Pulsar 125's usual output is 150mW, Fusion's is 115mW-125mW. Oh yes you can burn with both! Just the P125 is much better!

PS: And if you really like to spend money, get a Spyder II! Wink

A P100 is as bright as a 7mW green laser.

The Pulsar's beam diameter is huge, so don't expect unaided burning, long distance burning is easy with the Pulsars though, since they have an external focal point.

A Wicked Caps set is a must for any Pulsar.

The Pulsars are great. Period. But if you want to do any burning at all, get the caps set... The beam diameter is quite large, so you're not gonna be able to do any unaided burning.

I have a p150, the older version of the p125. Yes the beam is quite larger than the fusions but it can burn just as well if not better with a cap set. And if you just want to spend some money buy me a classic 15mw Laughing

my geeky side is *badly* tempted to stick a pulsar in a replica old star trek hand phaser...i *know* this would be very silly but the part of my brain insisting it would be cool will simply not shut up :)

I am currently able to burn dark items with the Pulsar P125 and without the cap set. Sometimes it's tricky to find the focal point, but it can be done. Burning with the cap set has to be be up close.
