For anyone curious,
<1mw is the maximum allowed for the "general public" laser pointer in Japan. The U.S. is quite generous. |

Its ok, we sell them as laser modules, and they're no problem to ship to anywhere in the world, including Japan. Customs will not seize anything so you do not even need to consider that possibility.

Ordered mine on 19th (Oct 2005), received them on doorstep this morning (24th Oct 2005).
Kind of unexpected to get it so soon, now i have NO batteries in the house..
*wicked!*
I'll be back for more, definitely.
..oh, i live in Singapore

i had also not batterys in the box when it arrive"s, not a big deal though....
have 8 others :-p

It's technically a violation of shipping safety rules to include batteries these days. Anything with batteries in it get's a lot of extra attention these days after passing through X-Ray machines.
