I sent an email over 24 hours ago and haven't gotten a reply yet..I'm just wondering how long it typically takes to get a response from someone. I made an order 2 days ago and haven't gotten any sort of conformation.

I noticed that there's a couple of days in the week that their email responses slow down and I just chalked it up to 'weekend time' over there. No dount they have to field a LOT of emails from people asking mundane questions let alone get to our orders and requests. Hi, we have replied to all your emails charger and frong, which emails did you send to us that werent responded to? In fact, I have replied to 3 of your emails frong, the one about the wicked lasers credit, then the one about making it a 10mW, then telling you the laser is getting shipped out today. Best Regards

Actually, I had'nt e-mailed about my order, I just noticed that the status had remained unchanged since my payment cleared. However...I have received No E-mails from wicked lasers regarding my order...at least as of right now. My only proof of purchase thus far is my paypal account. I would like to clairify my last post a little....Prior to my purchase, Wicked Lasers answered ALL of my E-mails in a very timely fashion. Since my purchase I have not e-mailed Wicked Lasers, I just noticed that the status bar hasn't changed and I have'nt received a receipt or conformation on my order. My 'Order Status" Bar hasn't moved either... and I've had two deliveries from Wicked since the order was made. I seem to remember reading here someplace that there's possibly a glitch in the system which doesn't allow the progress bar to advance. Either way, I wouldn't worry... It's been doing that for a while now. At least it registers your order and date of payment which should suit most of us. (second delivery just arrived: <110mW Elite laser... Same 4 days for delivery as previous order... at least for where I live. Nice!! So you got yours 4 days after you ordered it? I ordered mine on Tuesday...I just wanna know if there is a tracking number or something Surprised

I'm in Australia. I think the delivery times vary based on world location and how efficient the postal services are in each country of destination.
