hello all, i just got a 10mw wicked laser today. my friend bought a 45mw, and got me this through a special deal. however, i'm very concerned about using it as i know very little about the safety precautions. it didnt occur to me before hand that it would be dangerous to even look at the dot, but now i've gotten myself a bit worried. i know these arent supposed to be toys, but i would want to be using it primarily as such. is this dangerous to look at on a white surface? on a reflective surface? please, any info would be greatly appreciated. if theres too much risk/concern, i may just sell it before anything else happens. thanks in advance!

well just about any laser is dangerous on a reflective surface because it could reflect into your eye hurting you. a 10mW will not put a dot too bright to look at on a white wall as long as its not right up in your face. the farther away the safer.
