Ugghhhh... where do i go to track my order ? ive gone to ems.com/cn and there is nothing about shipping info....and ive not heard anything for UPS.com(no one uses it)....
so can soem one give me a direct link to where everyone is tracking their orders please.

#1 how long does an average delivery take?
#2 do they put in your mailbox, or you you have to be there and sign the package?
#3 i dont want to wait in front of my house all day (even though i would)

When I ordered my Pulsar, it took 5 days (including a Sunday) and came via UPS. They left it on my doorstep and it was there when I got home from work. It was in a UPS cardboard envelope, and inside that was the Chinese EMS envelope.
When I ordered my goggles, it took 16 days (including 2 weekends) and came via the post office. They left a tag and I had to go and collect it at the post office in person. It was in a post-office envelope, and inside that was the Chinese EMS envelope.
Didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.

I am a bit confused now.
I placed the order for my Nexus on Friday.
This morning I checked Wicked's web site, logged in and looked at my profile. It doesn't show that I have ordered anything.
I know that my PayPal account shows the payment.
Does it take a few days for the order to show up? i assume that the tracking # is on that page once the order has been processed. |

I also ordered a Fusion on Friday. Nothing is showing in my profile either. Being the anal person I am. I want what I want when I want it.... so. I called the WL 877 number to see if I could find some info on my order. It was answered by someone who said "hello"... No "WL, Can I help you" or anything like that. It was like I was calling a house in Singapor or something. Anyway. The female said she cannot track orders and doesnt know anything about it. (I called 2 times over 8 hours and received the same answers) I was also told that WL is closed for a week or so for some reason which was not made clear.
Now then, I have a paypal receipt but I have not received squat from WL, not a thank you, receipt, tracking or anything since Friday.
What is the consensus here? Should I contact Paypal about my money? I am getting a bit torqued about the lack of communication and information.

Probably the reason that WL's was closed is that Chinese holiday. And other then the paypay confirmation you won't find anything in your mailbox concerning WL or you order. Got nothing else to help you with... I'm Kinda in the same senario..

The postal services over there will recommence their work before 8th of october I presume? Also if it realy is the postal services shutting down then I'll miss the 100 D I think. Ah well, just want my laser

Hey, just received my tracking number. I am disappointed that the item was not even shipped until today  when it was ordered Friday in the AM of last week, but at least its on its way finally.  |
