Yes the laws can change, that is why it's important for everyone buying these lasers to read the forums and take safety very seriously, so that we do not run the risk of having new laws created.

On the main page it indicates an optional 2 year warranty available for every model. I think you might get the option to include this in the shopping cart. If I remember right, the 2 year warranty was $45.

Yeh, i went to the check out and is slightly diff depending on power rate. I think it would be worth getting because knowing my luck the laser will decide to die on the 91st day! 2 years is exellent _________________ Get me a bigger frickin laser bean
