I've emailed steve and he has told me that a replacement will cost me $80 but he's forgot to give the address to return it to and no reference number, I'm just outside of the 90 days warranty i think as it was brought for me as a present and the person brought it in advance for my birthday. At first i thought wow it's under 90 day old i can return it, but i'm now aware that it's over that time period. Maybe the warranty is just not long enough for lasers like ours Question Anyway does anyone have wickeds address Question As i'm still waiting for steve to email it to me, and all i want to do is get it returned a.s.a.p so i can play again Sad Sad Sad

Yeah the warrenty sucks. My laser broke once and he said hed put a new diode in for 40 bucks. 80 bucks is pretty steep also you have to pay for shipping and their shipping and you have to go through all of the trouble fo gettting it their.

About the shipping he's stated that the shipping is included, but obviously i will have to pay to return it myself so i can live with that..

Odd, though these things sometimes happen, usually if they don't happen within the first week they will laset for a few years. In rare cases though failures occur like this, with any form of electronics device. I'm sure Steve will get back to you on the Call Customer Support.

Respecting the fact that China is 8 hours in front of the UK and it's thurday now i'm getting strung out waiting for a reply. I just want to get it sent back A.S.A.P so he can ship me my new one back. I will make sure he gets the payment first obviously. I'm unsure how to do this with paypal unless Steve sends me a link to do this i just don't know. The money is waiting for him in the bank but the WICKED LASERS main site does not have anyway of making such a payment. IE no customer support method Rolling Eyes

Don't worry, Call Customer Support's with WL are really easy. Steve will tell you how to do it through paypal, by entering in their email address and clicking send money (Steve will explain how much for shipping), then he'll ask you to go to the postoffice and send the laser via global express with some special instructions. I know how much it sucks to have a dead laser, I had a Nexus arrive DOA (imagine the dissappointment). Steve usually takes 24 hours to respond but once he does he'll get you set up, and you'll have a new laser in no time.

Just hang in there.

I hope you are right mate coz this waiting stuff is frustrating, as for global express i'm not sure that the UK post office deals with them, so i'll pay for the best they have, 1st class and secure delivery with full insurance too and obviously the Call Customer Support code on the parcel and inside on the laser itself, so there is no confusion whatsoever Wink I still say that all our lasers should have a longer warranty than 90 days. Nearly all products you buy these days have at least 6 months to 1 years warranty on them. Idea
