i think his papp engine is a variation of the pulsed capacitor discharge engine, invented by edwin grey. in the clip the man said he showed it to the government and they weren't interested, that is because the original inventor used to work in black projects, and the government probably know all they need to know about this technology.

interestingly, this papp engine uses various gases for power. i think it is just a disguise because if it is the same technology it doesn't need any gas. all it needs is a 12 volt to do the initial kickstart and it will run merrily until component wear out.

btw, i'm only sometimes a fok.

well seeing that you cant create energy it seems this guys is lacking on half oh his edjumacation, but it sure looks cool!

(ohh btw, yeah, i love the cylinders, full of gas, and yet its a perfect vacume?! what the hell

I think the coils are isolated in a "perfect" vaccum, otherwise you'ld have QUITE a bit of arcing if the voltage and amperages are up to spec of what he's saying.

the red is the vaccum sealed coils, in the middle of the vaccum sealed tubes are the inert gasses (blue)

about that I have no clue, if it's real then he's probably trying to solve the problems with engines or something like that, power a house for a few years....ECT

That was incredible. It's about an hour long. I watched about 50% of it by skipping around through it... About 46 minutes into it I transcribed the following.

**********
In this section we are going to see the actual firing reaction of the inert gasses through the clear Plexiglas sleeve of the firing chamber as it pushes the piston down with great force

this is not considered to be possible in mainstream physics we are very familiar with the phenomena of excited inert gasses emitting light as in neon lights however nowhere is it considered possible for inert gasses especially in a partial vacuum to exert any significant force not to mention one sufficient to push a piston

The very fact of this reaction we are about to see is a cause for quite a commotion in the scientific community

The piston is attached by connecting rod to the crankshaft and the heavy flywheel

A small slow moving motor is used to move the piston into the firing position
