That sucks. But look at it from the bright side man. You're getting $100. From the FAQ:
"...In fact, our lasers are guaranteed to arrive within 7 business days or we’ll give you $100 back for arriving late...." |

| I think though it takes 1-3 days to process the order, it mentions this a few posts up in the FAQ. This might mean that it's 7 days after processing I dunno...that would mean up to 10 days. |

I believe it means 10 business days from the date of your order. This includes processing and shipping. _________________ Click http://freewebs.com/photodavidgojr before buying to view photographs and learn about Wicked Lasers in action!

apperently it has been my own fault . I only paid 18.99 , how i did it beats me , i thought i had filled evrything correctly . I don't even remember having to fill in the amount that i had to pay , any how re-orderd again just now , hoping i did evrything right this tile , and hoping i don't have to pay the 18.99 again .
again waiting for phoenix |

I believe you will be very pleased with your Phoenix, it's worth the wait!
I actually did some experimenting over the weekend with a Phoenix and an Elite. I was able to get the Phoenix to ignite a match(from about 5-6 inches away) three times in a row on Saturday, this is a current record for me with this model and I was very pleased! I will be showing pictures as well, however I am currently waiting on a replacement adapter cord so it will be a few days in the least.
cheers, |
