this would depend on where you are buying it from.
most laser companies mark the package as a gift - a ballpoint pen or flashlight with very little retail value.
as far as i know, lasers are im/exported everyday in the U.S without any customs issues. |

I have heard of customs problems before but there really is nothing to worry about. If you choose a reputable company, they are pretty good at either resending your order or refunding your money. Personally, I would go with Wicked! |
