hi my fellow england buddy, im new here on this forum but been into lasers for a couple'a years.
to answer your question, each lasers beam properties are unique and vary from model to model. even with a 2mrad beam divergence you could still point it a mile away and see the dot, you just cant see how big the dot is on the target a km away.
the beam from a 15mw green can easily be seen at night. mainly depends on lighting conditions though.
in daytime i doubt you would see the dot even 50 meters away especially if the sun is shining, no matter how many Watts your 532 is, you are not going to see a beam on a sunny day. |
