What will we be able to burn and at what ranges |

| eh... not much, might be able to smoke a few things o_0, like a little tint of smoke, unless its overpowered. |

If you're getting a 15mW, don't bother with the caps. The only thing this could burn with or without caps is your retina. You'd be better off spending the money that would have gone towards caps to get a higher power. The 35mW Evo should be able to burn/smoke some stuff, and has a small beam diameter at close range without the need for caps.
