What to do !?

I dont know of any things to do with them!

I have tried alot of fooling around but I usually just get a stupid bigger dot... nothing really amazing...

What combinations or stuff can I do?

Could someone maybe even point out what each one does and could be used for etc...?

Thank you very much

well, I'm not familiar with the expanded optics set, but if you list all the parts, I can come up with some amazing things (probably).

as if you cant think of anything better to do with them! Surprised

You might need a fog machine to actually see the beams, which is the best part of lens! Smile

I dont have any lenses, cept the double convex, but thats for burning Razz

A fog machine would definately be great to have. Just let you laser bounce of the 5 mirror's, let is pass through the prisms, make a beam expander out of the positive and negative lens, and just experiment!

Hahaha... I have the CORE... wont help too much with burning... I tried Razz

Is it possible to focus a laser like very very far away?
Lets say if I use a 125mW Excecutive series with a concave or convex lense and make the focal point a mile away... im not talking burning power but just a very tight bright dot a mile away...

Well maybe burning too Razz

focal points?
I can't really tell ya without that. Maybe you can expand it, iunno if that will do much good. Only thing I can think of right now if to expand it as big as possible (size of lens) and then focus with as short a distance as possible. Ultimate burning.

Try to make an interesting loop of the light, let is go in a circle and make as many passes as possible.

And yes, a fog machine would be nice, certainly when you use lenses!

something like this:

Code:

  /               \
 /-----------------\
/ |                |\
  |                |
  |                |
\ |                |/
 \-----------------/
  \               /

With 4 mirrors, if your beam enters somewhere in the loop, it wil take a few passes to get out. Great with smoke (boring without) but with all the mirrors, the chances are bigger you hit you eyes. So <5mw or glasses.
