Does anyone know a good supplier of lenses?
I'm only using them for normal led light, but I'm don't know where to get the non circular types, like long half cylinder shaped ones (ie only focusing in one plane) |

In the experienced section there's some links listing suppliers of lenses and optics - I'd check that out first. From time to time you see lenses on Ebay but I don't know about the kind you are looking for. _________________ Lasers are like potato chips - you can't have just one!
Nexus 95mw, Confirmed 173 mw Pulsar, , 131mw argon-ion laser, Core laser, and Signature Fusion 125mw, 100mw blue - average output 131mw - lab laser, and a 20 WATT (yeah you read that right!) CO2 laser!:

| I think you are looking for cylindrical lenses, they're not that common actually. They're used in the more expensive DPSS lasers to correct the beamprofile of the pumpdiode if I remember correctly. |

| 3 places to look (that I use personally) would be Edmund Optics, Thor Labs, and Newport. |
