i am debating between the 2 and i always like to have someone else's opinion i could buy ether of them so money isn't a huge issue, but the cheaper the better. here are the link if you know about the lumen's and what not take a look i am leaning toward the P3D-CE Q5 but there is not much difference

found a cheap way to make laser glasses that protect aginst all wave lengths
tape Black paper on an old pair of sunglasses

the Q5 offers greater lumens and better battery life. the question is do you think its worth the extra cash? you'll probably want more power anyway.

i have a surefire as you may know and that is the perfect lenth and the p2d-ce q5 is too small and i don't have a problem buying the batteries, it tis like the size is smaller then my palm and i hold my flashlight like this...
