| Well the pulsar sticker calls it a <150mW. Its a beast with caps. it converges at around 30 feet without a lens. Uhh it basically kicks ass. But its not as visible naturally. Id stick with the elite but the caps will probably exceed the elites burning power at the focal point. So with caps do it no caps dont. |

The pulsar is quite amazing, its basically an Elite, exept, red, and... slightly less powerfull. Anyways. Caps certainly help. alot. they always do. but, caps or no caps, you will definatey not be dissapointed! |

Don't go for the pulsar : wait for the Spyder II , but if not I suggest you go for an even more powerful 400mW IR from TL  that has the same brightness of a 1mW... red but 80 times more powerful |
