chargerman it was NOTHING like yours LOL I wish! and i dont have a video camera... just my phone camera...which sucks.
and thecheat, you cheated! (lol) you used a lens+flash paper!
i ignited normal a4 paper with a black dot on it with my infinity unaided...

Hey, just 'cause I used some KNO3 on the paper towel... 
Also, your beam isn't nearly 1cm wide! 
Anyways, you've definitely got a good laser, try for a cell phone video... not that great, but at least it'll give an idea...

Meh, my Pulsar 100 could burn ordinary notebook paper to the point that it consumed by itself, nothing like Chargerman's vid though.

Psh... lol
I tried really hard with my 355 but no luck. All it does is turn the paper to ash where ever I focus it so... it burns but doesn't ignite. I guess it has to do with the area where the heat is being aplied? Or is it just not hot enough?
Of course the batteries are low... maybe I charge 'em up again and have another go. *fingers crossed* |

Actually the problem lies in that you have to ignite the GASSES. Sadly, gasses tend to be clear, and are pretty hard to heat.
With really high powered lasers, you can get enough radiant heat from the object being burned to ignite the fumes... but not here.
