I thought I'd just share this, it's an instructable I made on fake blood.
No, not the dollar a lakefull cheap and unreal as mess coolaide mess, this uses two chemicals:
Ferric nitrate
Potassium Thiocyanate
Together they make an ultra realistic blood like liquid! The cool thing is that one (the potassium) is clear, while the ferric nitrate is only a murky brown. Paint clear on skin, dip your dull knife in the other, and once you start "cutting" the two mix and viola! blood everywhere!
