Wow, 20W..that thing must be bright  Still, I want the RGB

What type of lasers are you using (Kr/Ar,YAG, DPSS, Direct Diode, etc.) ? I assume ur RGB is solid state. 20W green is quite $$$$, especially if its a Direct Diode projector or a really good DPSS. what kind of scanners and software (Pangolin?) are u running? ....Also Michael Jackson...umm.....nice choice  |

These lasers are all DPSS lasers.
And I use a 40 Kpps scanner and Pangolin software.
You know,DPSS is much smaller.
The 20 Watt green will cost about $20000 |

| ahhh yes.......the price is worth it tho. I hate using high power ion lasers with 240V 3-phase and air cooling to get that power. I love solid state lasers..........I had the pleasure to play with a Direct Diode (not DPSS) setup with two 3W RGB and one 10W RGB projectors. All of them just plugged into a wall outlet. The 10W RGB projector was $100,000 and the other two were $50,000 each. the system I use @ work to do laser shows is $250,000. It includes 2 Kr/Ar white light ion lasers that feed two scanning heads with reallly expensive fisheye optics to laser effects all over a planetarium dome. |
