bumping this because I also am somewhat concerned about this,
I couldn't imagine gettinged arrested or anything
but the very worst that could happen is a 1000 dollar fine?
Nobody has ever reported having that happen? |

Actually I had my first laser from DL confiscated and recieved a 5 page note from customs telling me no-no on the IIIb >500mW lasers I was attempting to recieve They just send you a letter telling you that you can pay 250$ and have your case reviewed to try to keep it or just forfiet it and get in no trouble. But that was Dragon and Wicked does not have a problem with this so you are safe _________________ Halo 3 Legendary Pre-Order

Why does one manufacture have an issue and another does not? This seems odd. |

| As soon as the personal laser industry generates enough money (chum) in the water for lawyers (sharks) to think it worthwhile, then this stuff will become an issue. My two cents. |
