Hi, I was wondering just what courier actually delivers the shipment to the address in Canada? Somewhere else I read it was UPS, which is the worst possible carrier, as they charge outrageous prices for doing simple customs clearance ($25.00-$50.00), while Canada Post charges just $5.00 (!) for the exact same service...

that's because the package is labled as an $8 pen light. so Customs ignores it.
i got my package from Purolater

That's good news to hear - I just jumped on the wagon and ordered the Starphaser 85mw and am looking forward to receiving it very soon. I also wasn't charged any shipping fee, so perhaps the Extreme and Elite series aren't being assessed any additional charges beyond the cost of the laser itself...

Let us know how you like the 85mW, also if you can, take some images or videos of it  If you do, you will be one of the first(if not the first) people to post pics of it. If you decide to try out the experiments or tricks some of us post about, be sure to fill us in 
Oh btw, did you get goggles from anywhere? You might want to get some, if not from Wicked then at least one of the cheaper goggles available on ebay etc.

I'm looking forward to playing with it, and I'll see if I can get some pics for everyone. I was going to check ebay for the goggles, as I have an account there and actually have a 271/100% rating from so much buying and selling. If you can point me to anywhere else to get better quality at a reasonable price - be my guest...

i just bought my self a Nexus and im from Ohio, USA and most likely will be UPS if not that then Fedex... but i have not been charged for shipping either. which is a good thing. i bought my greenie on the 15-Sunday, and ive been told by a WL employee that i might recive my laser by friday or even thursday . happy lasering.

well its 1:13 here in the east side so its technally the 20th... i hopefully await for the parcel man to bring me a shiney package with my name on it .... if not, ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE !, nah maybe not that, but i shall be unhappy.

Okay, at least they told me it's coming out today, so maybe it will be here the next business day (I am in Taiwan and it's not that far from shanghai...)

Damnit... mine came at 0930 when I was out an about doing some rediculous (but safe) speeds on backroads - I missed it, forgot to stick my 'dear courier leave package in the large pot' etc sign
And tomorrow is sunday and the courier shop has closed for the day... no pickup till monday. WAAAAH! Damnit... just have to wait then eh... 5 days total shipping time.

I emailed for tracing information and how I am getting inconsistant answers. Last email he said it's shipped out, but how he said he hasn't received payment! what gives??
