you mean.... That white clip thing? I took it apart from a GP rechargeable battery for my cordless phone. Actually, you can get them in any electronic piece of equipments... even a DDS DAT drive comes with a few of them.... you can also find them inside any cdrom or dvdrom....
You have to find them very small, so that it will just right-fit when you press it into both diode-leads.... I use these so i don;'t need to solder them and burn the diode if you are not carefull with your soldering iron.
Once you find one of those clips, yo ucan connect it right to the 3v battery and then plug in the other to the diode, I can swap easily between diodes...

| You can get those connectors with 7.5 inch leads from All Electronics (allelectronics.com) for 45 cents. The catalog number is SBC-1. You might want to get something else while ordering because shipping is $7. I will be making an order with them within the next few weeks so if any of you guys want some PM me and we can figure something out. |
