 I payed on 5/16 and I still havent got tracking number.
Ive been sending e-mail to you but no respond.
Am I going to get laser pointer? |

| yer same here, i think they dont give you tracking number or anything, all i got was a receipt off paypal and that was it.... |

Finaly, I got e-mail from them.and they gave me the tracking number.
I tracked it. it shipped out on 21st. and its here in US so I should get it in 2 to 3 days. hope its the right stuff.. Ill let you know when I recieve it.
I wish your customer survice is better than this.
this is not right way to do business.
make customer worry ,no e-mail respond,never answer the phone.no e-mail after order, and should give tracking number to every customer,
and should let customer know when you shipped the item.
cant you reast do that?
you have good stuff its shame that customer service is so bad. |

| It only took about a week for me to receive my 60mw Module...It rocks,Finally enough portable highoutput without cords getting in the way and knocking stuff over on my bench.Beats the crap outta my 15 mw modded extreme laser pointer.I"ve refurbished many large frame 1-20watt yags,but its hard to find tiny optics needed to build these units in one place.How convenient these little powerhouses are. |
