You're probably out of luck if you want to build a green or blue laser since these are DPSS, in other words, you are unlikely to find and assemble the parts by yourself.
However, you can build a violet laser, these are made using blu-ray diodes as the light source and are relatively easy to find and cheap in group buys, it's just a matter of buying batteries and building a laser driver, a very simple one can be made with just a few resistors, capacitors, a voltage regulator and a diode.

| Thank you appreciate I just dont know the first thing about starting it, I know all those parts are necessary but dont know where and to start it. thank you though I guess I will just keep researching. |

I know you can get a diode from a PS3 blu-ray drive off of e-bay. I think they're pretty cheap.

You can start making your own laser pointer by your own self.
Some point must be consider:
Prepare the needed materials(laser diode, capacitor, resistors, small diode for the protection, transistor or the LM for your voltage regular.
And also prepate the tools like soldering iron, small plier and etc.
For more procedure try to follow this steps on my making your own first laser pointer with DVD+RW burner. On how you can make a high-power lasers.
