That's pretty cool. I'm actually surprised that not many people here use signature pictures, as opposed to many other forums, in which they are very popular, that's why I don't use any of the signature pics I've made, except this one, only because it's laser-related and I made the 3D model of the laser, but it's still not of my liking. _________________ >>Click here to go to my laser userbars site!<<

I like it TX.
TX - this might seem a daft question but do you need to be pretty good at drawing or does Adobe Illustrator CS3 help you lots during your art work?
What I mean by this is I am totally useless at art by hand and was looking for something on PC that could improve my art work, so does Adobe Illustrator CS3 provide you with the creative element??
I have GIMP. _________________ Beam divergence formula:

Nair I asked that question myself.
No you dont have to be a good drawer by hand, I myself suck at drawing but I think I do a pretty good Job in Photoshop and Illustrator it just takes some time and creativity.
Illustrator can make your work better, I say this because I had a project at school which I had to draw a character then put it on a magazine cover.
Ill save it as a GIF and host it for you to see.
Ive heard of GIMP but ive never used it before.
and Photoshop and Illustrator can give a drawing a more *BAM* look to it = )
Heres My Project:
1st thing Design a Character:
2nd Design a Magazine Cover:
3rd: FINAL PRODUCT!

Mine is better than yours, lol, just kidding.
But hey! Paper Mario rocks.
And by the way, I suck at hand drawing, but that doesn't really affect my Photoshop skills, even though they aren't really good.
However, it does seem to affect when I try to do vectorial work (Illustrator, CorelDRAW) and trying to make something original, but vectorizing an existing image/model is much easier for me. _________________ >>Click here to go to my laser userbars site!<<

Awe WOW, thats bloomin amazing how you created that mag cover....Looks like the real thing you buy in a shop!!! Thanks for letting me see those examples TX.
I might have to look at both photoshop & illustrator CS now as there are loads of books for these....even although GIMP is quite popular, I think the photoshop might be a better route due to all the tutorials etc available.
Hmmm....lots and lots to learn I suppose before I can draw as good as what you guys can draw _________________ Beam divergence formula:
