for conductive glue, you can use arctic silver thermal epoxy. It has a 99.9% pure silver makeup, and its also thermal transfer material, for better cooling.
Its probably more conductive than jbweld. $12 for i think 6 grams of it.
Once its on, it wont come off if its pressed between 2 surfaces. If you do it over top of something, you can scrape it off.
you can find it at newegg.com, or xoxide.com under thermal compounds.

Hmmnnn......I used what I had available....conductive copper fluid for repairing the little lines in rear window defrosters in automobiles Comes in a little bottle, like finger nail polish. It worked great I used JD's aluminum foil trick as "Shim material" to take up the extra "Space" between the diode and case housing, and the copper fluid to make sure everything was"Tied together" electrically. i just widened the input side of the lens, with a x-acto and a lot of time, and i am overly satisfied with the resluts. i think stephanie did this, and she got a wierd line, but i dont seem to have one at all...
i could tell that the beam was being blocked here by makeing a notch in the plastic first and putting the lens back in, and surely enough, my dot had a line form were i made the mark, so i finished widening it completely, leaveing enough room for the spring and lens inside there to still catch on the side. sweet! morepower!

Stickied... Thank you TG for your write up.
What I do not understand is that when you copy things over to your new wonderful home on the other side that you do not quote the source and make it look like your own.
(Thanks Athoul) or (Thanks Gadge) with the appearance of making it look like your own work is uncool bud. A simple (" stated) or (per ") is less like plagerism.
Thanks buddy. We sincerly appreciate that.

hey tommy on this picture:
does the module slide in after this or does it stick out? |
it slides in after that, just wrap that chrome piece with some foil and slide it in.
i didnt think you would take so much offence by me doing that, so i removed them. thanks for the sticky.

it should be about the same, but they dont sell that one anymore, they just havent changed the picture.
just do the same steps, the insides are all the same, it just comes apart in the middle and not the end. in fact, it will be easier, becasue you can puso on the module without going all through the battery compartment.

i have a question about burning power with the p150. Say i did all the mods listed in this post and focused it to about 6 inches. Would i be able to burn black things better than a fusion? And are you able to burn through black paper?
Thanks for any help!!!
