Great list but I have a question.
Could they see a 5mw from a plane and they say its illegal to willingly shine a laser at a plane, but what if it were a mistake? |

It is a federal law to shine a laser at a plane. Prosecutors won't be so kind either even if it was a mistake. |

wow i never knew florida had so many laws, good thing it doesnt say anything about pointing at the sky or building (i think  ), also would a 75mw be considired illegal to use/possess in FL? |

what about laser laws in canada?
ehh...
i live in cleveland, but am planning on going to canada this summer.
as it is the last summer you can get in without a passport.
i wanna take my laser with me. |
