| I think that the halo was a reflection from the chrome finish after some suggested tests. Thanks! Also, so I don't have to make more threads, does anyone know if a line going through your dot at a long distance decreases the lasers power or range in any way? |

I think you pressed "new topic" instead of "post reply" but nevermind.
Anyway, to answer your question it sounds like a TEM issue, if you have two dots. If you can post a pic of it that would help us determine what exactly it is.
